At UBC we we want to stay in touch and keep you abreast of ministry opportunities. We invite you to sign up for our mailing list. A confirmation email will be sent, giving you the option of selecting the specific updates you'd like to receive. Church wide closings, the monthly newsletter (the UBC Word) and weekly update (UBC Newslink) will be sent to everyone unless you opt out. Visitors to UBC may also sign up for the mailing list.

PRAYER PARTNERS MINISTRY
The mission of the UBC Prayer Partners Ministry is to establish and train a group of disciples who consistently pray for the needs of the church, the Pastor, the growth of our disciples, and community concerns. Furthermore they plan church wide opportunities to instruct others on the purpose and power of prayer. These activities include a weekly prayer time, periodice prayer "lock ins", prayer conference and encouraging prayer in the life of all our ministry units.
Each month the ministry designates two prayer partners to serve the congregation. These persons are available by phone (or email) to be contacted with your prayer requests. These persons can pray with you immediately and/or take your requests to the Prayer Partners weekly period of intercession. All requests are kept confidential within the Prayer Partners ministry unless you ask that it be shared with other prayerful disciples. You may also ask that your request not be shared beyond the person you have spoken with on the phone. You may email prayer requests directly to the Minister of Prayer and Intercession, Min. Bernadette Cooper at dette1102@hotmail.com.
Anyone can join the Prayer Partners Ministry. Prayer Partners are individuals dedicated to a life of prayer, commited to growing in the knowledge of God and engage in ongoing study of the scriptures. They are persons who seek to God's direction for their lives and practice obedience to his will.
The monthly planning meeting of the Prayer Partners is held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. New prayer partners are always welcome.
